Got the picture? Good. It’s not pretty, is it?
That’s because that kind of negative thinking creates a vibe that puts more distance between her and a man, making communication and connection very difficult.
Unless you’re dealing with a guy who’s an expert at communication or a natural, it’s up to you to work on this area.
There’s something you can do right now to DRAMATICALLY improve the level of connection and intimacy you have in your love life: pay attention to how you think.
On a basic level, your own patterns of thinking and feeling lead to the actions you take and the behavior you display.
